Mission

FLY GROUP A.Ş. olarak misyonumuz; Türkiye’nin en büyük deri ve suni deri terlik, sandalet ve sabo üretici firmalarından biri olarak, müşterilerimize kaliteli, konforlu ve modaya uygun ürünler sunmak, çalışanlarımızın gelişimine katkıda bulunmak, tedarikçilerimizle güvene dayalı ilişkiler kurmak ve çevreye duyarlı bir şekilde faaliyet göstermektir. Üretimde doğal materyalleri tercih ederek ayak sağlığını ön planda tutar, günlük 10.000 çift üretim kapasitesiyle yurt içi ve yurt dışı pazarlarda saygın bir marka olmayı hedefleriz.

Vision

As FLY GROUP, our vision is to become a brand that offers foot health and comfort in the world, beyond being one of the largest leather and artificial leather slippers, sandals and saber manufacturers in Turkey. We aim to win everyone’s appreciation with the quality, variety and fashion of the products we produce and to keep the satisfaction of our customers at the highest level. The training, development and happiness of our employees is very important to us.
