RAW MATERIAL ENTRY
As Fly Group, our raw materials, which are meticulously researched by our purchasing officers and which are the upper segment according to quality norms, are drawn into our body and await their turn to be processed.
CUTTING AND SEWING PROCESSES
The fabrics are delivered to the slaughterhouse for mattress and upper cutting. Based on the model code to be processed, the cutter finishes the cuts in accordance with the assortment and delivers them to the sewing department. The sewn materials are delivered to the regola (preparation) department in assortment with the uppers coming from the department.
BASE PRINT injection
Monta soles are printed and processed in the regola department, while the products printed in the pvc and injection machine are delivered to the shaving and cleaning department. This process, which brings a quick result, makes the product available after cleaning.
REGOla division and marking
The sanding process, which is important for the durability of the product, is wiped off and applied to the soles one by one, and the soles are delivered for marking. Then, the uppers and soles that pass to the spraying section are sprayed and switch to the mounting band. Repeated at the request of Fly Group officials, aiming at product quality and durability, the 2nd Along with the spraying process, our product is sent to the oven (heat) and proceeds to the assembly process. The journeymen waiting in front of the oven assemble the product with great care and precision, form our slippers and put them back on the belt for the next stage. The slippers are put into the mold and gain power in the compressor. If the slippers have Mekval sewing, they are sent to sewing. If not, re-firing is done for the eva process. It goes through the quality control process by throwing on the eva of the slipper and is taken into packaging.
